The 2026 FUGA GLACIER EXTREME GONGGA 100 These instructions and regulations were established in accordance with the relevant article of the Competition Rules for Mountain Trail Running of the Chinese Mountaineering Association, and adapted to the unique geographical characteristics and organisational conditions of this event. It is important that you understand all the dangers involved with competitions of this nature. You take part at your own risk. Following the instructions and regulations goes only partway to forestalling the problems you will find yourself up against. It is your own responsibility to assess the risks involved and prepare for the challenge you are taking on. For your own safety, it is essential that you are fully aware of your own capacities and your own limits. Being prepared to drop out of the race shows a responsible attitude. Mountain races present unique challenges and inherent risks. By entering this event, you acknowledge and accept those risks and participate at your own responsibility. No set of rules or safety procedures can remove every hazard. Your preparation, judgement, and decision making are fundamental to your safety. Take the time to understand the demands of the course, prepare thoroughly, and honestly assess whether you are capable of meeting them. Know your limits. If weather, terrain or your physical condition make it unsafe to continue, withdrawing from the race is a sign of good judgement, not failure.
